Job DescriptionWe are working with a main dealership in the in Farnham area of Surrey close to Guildford, Farnborough and surrounding towns who are seeking a Service Advisor.Job Role – Motor Vehicle Service AdvisorJob Location – Farnham area of Surrey close to Guildford, Farnborough and surrounding townsSalary -circa 27kService Advisor Duties include:Ensuring customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional mannerAdvise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertakenSell additional products as appropriate to customers’ needsAdvise on timescales and collection arrangementsProduce job cards on in-house computer systemUpdate customer and vehicle recordsDocument all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policyPreparation and completion of invoicesFor this Service Advisor position you will have:Previous experience working as a Service Advisor within a motor garageFull driving licenceExcellent communication skillsExcellent Customer Service skillsAs a Service Advisor you will ensure the highest standard of courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers and members of the public.In particular my client is looking for some one with strong customer service skills who has excellent customer rapport and can deliver great CSI results, along with being confident with up-sell opportunities.
