Job Description Delivery of the digital commercial strategy across the Hub which compliments the commercial strategy across the whole business.. Support the implementation of the commercial portfolio, creating value and enabling our people, and ensuring you measure adoption and validation. Deliver and drive revenue performance of digital commercial platforms through the local direct sales teams. Develop commercial plans to support revenue growth and drive digital performance. Support the sales team to retain and grow our active client base. . Be an expert in all matters digital, both internally and externally. Lead and embed a digital first culture within the sales team. Qualifications We are looking for a commercially focussed individual with experience of working and influencing effectively across all levels in a matrix environment. You’ll be recognised as a digital subject matter expert with the ability to lead in an environment of constant change.  You’ll possess a creative and innovative mindset, and have a strong sales background . The right candidate will have good financial business acumen and knowledge of management and leadership styles. We are looking for someone who is eager, passionate and wants to be hands-on to drive success.  Additional Information What can we offer you?
