Here at Office Watercoolers Ltd we are seeking a customer service assistant to support our customer service team members.

Details :

  • This is a full time role
  • Monday - Friday
  • Within the hours of 9AM - 5PM

Responsibilities :

  • Ensuring that all orders/enquiries are actioned professionally and in a timely manner
  • Liaising with other departments
  • General administration duties as required

Person Specification :

  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT Literate
  • Confident talking to new people
  • Confident phone manner
  • Work well within a team
  • Ability to work independently

Experience : Pay: From £22,400.00 per year
