Regional Sales Team Leader
£35,000 - £45,000, plus generous uncapped commission paid monthly (expect 60%-100% OTE)

Key responsibilities of the Regional Sales Team Leader :
- Responsible for the businesses Pure Fibre target within your territory.
- Unearth and close large-scale, opportunities across multiple verticals.
- To provide strategic direction for the sales team that reports into you to ensure the business hits target against all product types.
- Produce regular monthly reports on your team’s new business performance, engaging all stakeholders and ensuring strong communications are established and maintained.
- Work closely with the Engagement teams to ensure your processes and KPIs are completely aligned and opportunities are maximised.
- Develop and action strategic sales plans.
- Build and retain solid, long-lasting relationships with advocates and referral partners, new and existing.
- Maximise profitability by bundling ancillary products (managed services) such as Wi-Fi, LAN, Security solutions and VoIP onto connectivity deals.
Key skills required for the Regional Sales Team Leader :
- 3+ years proven performance in an outbound sales environment.
- 1+ years’ experience leading a team of hungry sales people.
- Experience working towards a variety of strict targets.
- Technical experience in telecommunications.
- Experience in nurturing and teaching junior and senior members of a sales team.
- To be able to communicate at all levels, with excellent written and oral skills.
- To be self-motivated and to be able to motivate others, to be reliable and to be able to act with responsibility.
- IT skills required with specific reference to the Microsoft or Google suite of packages
- You’re strategic and always looking for ways to improve.
- You may be required to travel for this role so a full driving licence is required.
