Group Accountant

Your new company A rapidly expanding manufacturing company within the construction industryYour new role This role is fully office basedAs the Group Accountant, your key responsibilities will include: Full ownership of the month end process, including preparation of consolidated management accounts & supporting commentaryManagement & reporting of KPI's across the Business Units.Responsible for P&L reconciliations, including revenue and gross margin analysisEnsure that the financial performance & KPI's are accurately recorded, reconciled and reportedPreparation of variance reports to monitor and report on variances to budget and targetsFull responsibility for multiple balance sheets and associated reconciliations.Manage the monthly stock take process and monthly reporting and reconciliation of stock movements.What you'll need to succeed ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with relevant post qualification experience as a Group Accountant.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability and confidence to challenge other stakeholders.Excellent data volume skills, including excel and pivot tables.Previous experience of managing a SME finance teamPrevious stock accounting experience would be an advantage.
