We are looking for a recruiter with at least 1-2 years agency experience looking to move into their first in-house opportunity as we grow our exciting fast-paced business!
The Role : As a Recruiter at TeamSport, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and driving our success. We're looking for a results-driven professional with a proven track record in recruitment, excellent relationship building skills and a positive working approach.
What you will be doing : Support our Tracks with fronline recruitment : (35 UK locations, soon to be 37!)
Plan Recruitment Sessions :Coordinate dates with GMs and set up advertisements ahead of busy periods.
Vacancy Tracking : Monitor recruitment inboxes and update the tracker with live vacancies.
Build Relationships : Develop strong relationships with UK and European tracks to ensure a consistent recruitment process.
Administration : Maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), update templates and job descriptions, and ensure all adverts and JDs are current and correctly formatted.
Job Posting : Post internal vacancies on the internal job board and manage enquiries regarding career opportunities.
Social media : Share our adverts on socials to get maxium reach of talent pools
Data Analysis : Create weekly and monthly reports to identify trends and observations.
About You :
- Proven Success : You have a track record of success in fast-paced recruitment role ideally within the hospitality, leisure or retail sector
