Receptionist

As a Receptionist at Velocity Inflatable Park, you have a duty to create a fun and safe environment for all of our customers. We are looking for somebody who is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and can start our customers experience off on a high!

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Taking phone calls
  • Money Handling
  • Have a good level of understanding on Microsoft programmes
  • Checking-in all types of bookings
  • Communicate the rules clearly with all customers
  • Sales enforcement
  • Booking parties to reach customer satisfaction

Hours are sociable, full weekend availability required

Previous experience preferred but not required

Job Types : Part-time, Permanent

Salary : £4.81-£9.50 per hour
