Reporting to one of the Directors this will be a key position with the real potential for growth within the business.

Key responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to:

  • Managing the company daily social media communications
  • Internal Recruitment
  • HR Onboarding
  • Working with Director teams to create a Market Leading training and development Plans
  • Managing the company daily social media communications
  • Reaching out via Social Media and other campaigns to generate interest in Internal recruitment and enhance the company’s external presence.
  • Working with the Directors, Managers to develop Marketing campaigns and mailshots
  • Onboarding of new employees
  • Tracking and supporting employees through a defined training and development lifecycle.
  • Working with the Managing Director to create a Market Leading training and development

Plan

  • Supporting the directors with key projects.

Key Skills & Experience Preferred

This is a key role for Sisko and we are very much looking for the right “person” rather than a bullet pointed profile.

If you have a background in / qualifications related to: HR, Marketing or administration this role may well be suitable for you.

Similarly, if you have any experience in a recruitment company but wish to develop into the

Marketing or HR side of things this may be ideal for you.

However, a multitude of backgrounds will be considered.

Key skills and experience would include:

  • Administrative Experience
  • Knowledge of social media
  • Drive and passion
  • Knowledge and experience of HR and/or marketing is ideal.

Salary : £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
