Finance Supervisor

Job title = Finance Supervisor

Rate of pay = £13.70 per hour

Hours = Part time 15 hours per work either 2 days per week or split over 4 or 5 days

Core responsibilities :

• Prepare month end accounts for issue to Directors and other stakeholders
• Forecast and monitor cash flow
• Assist with creating budgets and reforecasts
• Oversee and authorise payments
• Support with annual audit
• Ensure HMRC compliance in all areas such as VAT, Corporation Tax, PAYE
• Support and develop our Finance Administrator
• Share knowledge and expertise to assist senior managers with financial work
• There may be other finance or admin tasks that arise from time to time

If you have the below qualities, skills and experience, we can’t wait to hear from you :

• You have at least 2 years’ experience in a senior finance position
• You can prepare month end accounts including profit and loss and balance sheet
• You pay close attention to detail and have a high level of accuracy
• You are organised and like working to deadlines
• You communicate confidently with all levels within a business as well as external stakeholders
• You have previously managed or supervised a small team

Job Type : Part-time Part-time hours: 15 per week

Salary : £13.70 per hour
