Job description Are you looking to expand your skills and enhance your career to include providing Complex Clinical Care or do you already have Complex Care experience? We are looking for compassionate and committed Healthcare Assistants in Ashton-Under-Lyne, who are passionate about delivering the highest quality 2:1 care for our service user, building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling them to live as independently as possible in their own home.Meet our service userOur service user is a gentleman in his 50’s who lives independently in Ashton-Under-Lyne with the support from his care team. He requires support with his complex and clinical care needs on a 2:1 basis throughout the night. He has a great sense of humour and loves the interaction with his care team, he is looking for someone like-minded to assist with his care and engage in his banter. He enjoys watching TV especially Football, boxing, UFC, and he is a massive Manchester United Fan. He also loves his home cooked food prepared by his care team.Throughout the night you will provide support with his personal care, repositioning, clinical observations and attending to his clinical care needs when required. You will provide a peaceful environment to promote a restful nights sleep.
