Job Purpose

This position provides legendary customer service to all customers by providing prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.

Key Deliverables

• Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer.
• Follows Starbucks operational policies and procedures to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift.
• Maintains a clean and organised workspace so that partners can locate resources and product as needed.
• Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
• Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
• Warmly greeting and serving customers, taking their orders, collecting payment, and ensuring that customers know where to pick up their warmed food and beverages.
• Following the Beverage Routine and Blended Beverage Routine, making sure to connect with customers when handing off beverages.
• Leading from the café whilst connecting with customers to make every moment right for them. Completing tasks around the store to keep things running smoothly and enabling other partners to stay customer focused. These tasks include brewing coffee, connecting throughout the café whilst bussing tables, offering customers a second order (Second Service) from their table and restocking supplies like cups.
• Ringing orders into the till and gathering food and being flexible where you work, to support the most customers.
• Supporting the Bar barista or sampling food or beverages with customers

• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays

Desirable

• Previous Barista, Hospitality or Retail experience

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time

Salary : £8.44-£12.17 per hour
