Our restaurants are set in the most beautiful costal locations across the Devon and Dorset, so our guests will feel connected to the incredible fresh seafood that we serve. Our chefs get to work with the best sustainable seafood, MSC certified or caught and managed in the Southwest of England, direct from our Brixham fish market. Our management training program is second to none and you will get to work with the best produce and the best people in our industry. The salary for this role is up to £47k OTE - Including a £2,000.00 bonus after 12 month's service.
