About Programmatic Our programmatic media team consists of over 40 experts – a team of executives, managers, account- and business directors. The Role Programmatic is revolutionising media buying through the use of data and technology to bring unprecedented targeting and efficiency; the Programmatic Hub are at the forefront of this technology and are looking for an entry level candidate to join their programmatic trading team. Graduate and new industry entrants are a vital part of the Hub’s growing business, and we are proud to offer one of the best training schemes in the industry. You’ll be working alongside fellow enthusiastic, motivated and ambitious traders who are keen to not only develop their knowledge in programmatic trading but also to lead the way in its application to clients. Key Responsibilities Learning about and building proficiency with relevant programmatic advertising media buying platforms Learning about and delivering programmatic media campaign setups Implementation of digital creative (static display images and video creative) Technology-aided campaign quality assurance using a Chrome browser plugin Daily campaign pacing adjustments to deliver campaign budgets to plan Daily campaign performance optimisation using BI (Business Intelligence) tools and excel based data analysis. Weekly reports of management statistics for their campaigns (performance, pacing etc.) Quarterly update of brand safety tools including website blocklists Deploy testing methodologies on campaigns under the direction of senior management Actively take part in new product testing and implementation Develop an understanding of the wider programmatic ecosystem and the modern media agency Who we’re looking for: Numerate and comfortable with data processing and interpretation Confident and accurate with the English language, speaking and in writing Interested in technology and motivated to learn more about new technology developments.
