Purchasing Administrator

Mark Holland Group Ltd are an experienced property development company. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Purchasing Administrator to support the Senior Buyer in his busy role based at their Cheltenham offices.

An overview of tasks include:

  • Processing purchase orders & placing orders with suppliers.
  • Cross-referencing delivery notes with invoices.
  • Answering incoming calls.
  • Going to market with BOQ’s for quotations for review.
  • Tool hire report management with site managers (Chasing off-hires).
  • Chasing quotations from suppliers.
  • Reconciling disputed invoices with suppliers.
  • Processing sub-contract orders for review.
  • Maintaining procurement/sub-contract/utilities trackers.
  • Maintaining office supplies.
  • Processing invoices through AutoEntry (software training provided).

Salary and package are negotiable depending upon experience.
