  • Application Support Experience Finance Software Support Analyst London Remote working with occasional trips to the office Salary up to £50k DOE We are looking for experienced Finance Software Support Analyst to join this Software House who provide business management software for legal firms. For this role we require a Solid Finance / Accounts experience combined with strong SQL skills. Their talented, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic staff mean that they have become a trusted partner to firms of all sizes, from boutique firms based in one office, to global organizations spanning four continents. As Support Specialist, you will provide support to clients' finance teams by answering questions on the function and usage of products. They will provide training to give you a thorough knowledge of the products and how they are used. This key position serves as the primary support liaison between the company and clients and will help with future product development by conveying customer feedbackto the Product Development team. Responsibilities :

  • Supporting EMEA clients by answering questions on business function and usage of our products, troubleshooting across a wide product suite.

  • Providing support to our client's financial and data queries.

  • Researching and analysing issues and identifying solutions.

  • Keeping the customer informed of progress and how/when issues are resolved.

  • Possessing thorough knowledge of the company's products and how they are used by customers.

  • Involved in any additional follow-up, testing and troubleshooting.

  • Responsible for appropriate referrals to other departments and quality assurance areas.

  • Promoting and maintaining a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image among users.

  • Your focus will include:

  • Application data - resolving data related issues via the product or via Microsoft SQL

  • Financial and Business queries - Provide expert advice to our clients around financial and business functions and troubleshooting across a wide product suite. Must have skills:

  • Business/Accounting knowledge: you will have good accounting and finance knowledge and the ability to learn and grow in this area to assist clients with a range of financial/business queries e.g., Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation,General Ledger

  • Problem Solving: you will have outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

  • Quick Learner: you will possess a passion for learning new technologies and skills

  • Organisation: you will have strong organization and process-orientation skills

  • Communication: you will have excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of clients

  • Teamwork: you will love working and collaborating in a close-knit team and be able to proactively achieve goals while being an excellent all-round team player Other Skills/Experience

  • Qualifications - you will have completed an appropriate qualification or relevant certification; a finance or accounting qualification would be ideal.

  • Multilingual: Being also able to communicate in one or some of the following languages would be advantageous but is not essential - Dutch, French, Italian and German
