About you: •You will drive great customer outcomes, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues, demonstrating and articulating the value of Access solutions.•You will have great commercial understanding and be able to negotiate, handle objections, and communicate the value Access products and services bring to clients.•Be an internal collaborator, building great relationships across functions such as sales, product, customer success, support, and engineering.•You are curious, always learning, keeping up with industry trends, and pro-actively updating your industry and product knowledge. Day-to-day, you will: •Be responsible for team’s objectives including Billable Utilization, Revenue, Margin, NPS and employee engagement.•Be a natural ‘go-to’ person, leading a team of homebuilding consultants, delivering consulting, training, and configuration services into the client base.•Define and review Employee Success Plans with team members, resolving issues within the team, creating a positive working environment supporting diversity and inclusion.•Be an escalation point for, especially for clients whilst partnering with Sales, Engineering, and Product departments to achieve strategic objectives. Your skills and experiences might also include: •Homebuilding industry experience and management experience, ideally leading a team of five or more people.•Prior software or consulting/project management experience; preferably with COINS ERP+, EasyBuild, or other homebuilding ERP software.•Ability to engage with key stakeholders from a wide range of roles and seniority both within Access and our client base.•Understanding of project delivery, and able to demonstrate project leadership, continuous process improvement, and client focus.
