We're looking for an Administrator to join our Workplace Solutions team based in Plymouth.   Location : Plymouth – office working with occasional work from home Contract : Permanent Part Time – 24 Hours per week.     What will you be responsible for? As an Administrator, you'll be working within the Workplace Solutions team, supporting them in the administering of the Contract reporting requirements in our contract with Plymouth Hospital.   Your day to day will include: Managing the Work In Progress financial trackers Raising Purchase orders Reviewing and updating fixed and variable budget sheets Supporting the Contract Manager and the team to ensure cashflow is maximised and debt minimised. Raising unplanned lifecycle requests through to the client Managing the damage tracker and invoicing the Authority   What are we looking for? This role of Administrator is great for you if: Previous experience working within the PFI Industry is essential. Driving licence required. The individual must possess the confidence, skill, training and expertise in order to undertake the work they have been employed for and should be at such a level that will enable them to undertake the works in isolation with good all-round knowledge of building maintenance.
