Role Overview: As a Year 4/5 Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality education and inspiring a love for learning among our students. You will create engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of diverse learners, fostering critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration. With a strong emphasis on differentiation and personalised instruction, you will ensure that each student receives the support they need to succeed academically and socially. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the national curriculum and promote student progress. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and supported. Assess student learning effectively, providing timely feedback and implementing strategies for improvement. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to support the holistic development of students. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice and stay abreast of educational trends. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, with a focus on Year 4/5 preferred. Strong understanding of the national curriculum and pedagogical best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
