Deputy Homecare Team Leader

This job is located in Stamford, Lincolnshire.

What will you be doing?

You’ll have a person-centered approach, be willing to undertake additional tasks when required, or in the team leader’s absence, support your team by providing outstanding care in the community, and have a genuine passion for helping others.

Your duties can involve, but are not limited to;

  • Providing care in the community
  • Processing monthly audits
  • Scheduling staff rotas
  • Training and shadowing of support assistants
  • Carrying out spot checks and appraisals
  • Holding on-call responsibilities on a rota basis

Please note: - You will receive additional pay for completing tasks such as interviewing new applicants, carrying out supervisions, creating care plans, and whilst on-call.

This is not an exhaustive list, and you will at times be required to undertake additional tasks. You will be fully trained and supported in your role at all times.
