Role : Photocopier Field Service Engineer Location : West London / Slough Working for one the fastest growing technology businesses within the UK, you will be aiming is to provide high quality business solutions tailored to individual customer requirements. What will your day to day responsibilities be?

  • Providing the very best service levels to our clients at all times
  • Responding and arriving on clients site promptly and within set SLA response times
  • Repairing any reported device mechanical & i.t. issues, plus provide regular scheduled preventative maintenance calls on equipment
  • Keeping up to date with all service bulletins
  • Networking equipment including scanning & document management solutions on all new multi-functional devices sold throughout the product range
  • Take responsibility for all parts stock
  • Providing remote technical phone support to clients, attempting to resolve any problems by phone
  • Time management and fast pace is essential as is being a quick learner, with hands on training
