Immediate startWorking in a supportive environmentAbout Our ClientOne of the largest firms of chartered accountants, tax and business advisers in Weybridge, Surrey.Job DescriptionSupport all departments with administrative tasks.Provide general administrative support such as answering phone calls, managing correspondence.Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and occasional travel arrangements for staff members.Maintain and update company databases, filing systems, and records.Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.Assist with client onboarding processes, including gathering necessary documentation and maintaining accurate client records.Liaise with clients, vendors, and other external parties as necessary, maintaining a high level of professionalism.Supporting department with filing of accountsResponding to clients in an appropriate and timely mannerCommunicate to all departments and clients in a manner that is clear and concise ensuring high quality, timely, accurate and efficient results.Keep Line Manager informed of work in progress.Other ad hoc duties as assigned.The Successful ApplicantStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently; proactive in asking clarifying questions to ensure work effort is directed wholly toward desired outcome.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Willingness and ability to adapt to new circumstances, information, and challenges.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Professional and courteous demeanour with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues at all levels.What's on OfferCompetitive salary and package available
