£23000k for 3 days + 25 days hols (pro rata) stakeholder pension and parking

Part time ; 3 days a week ; preferable Tues, Weds Thurs ; hours 8.00 - 4.30

This role will require you work in their Dartford Office and then to travel to their other office in Chichester on a regular basis ( once or twice a month) however hotel & travel expenses will be covered by company for these visits

Certification: CIPD Level 3 or 5 ideally

We are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor for international luxury supplies company, who are based in Dartford, but also have offices in Chichester

This is a brand new role and you will be solely responsible for all employees ( approx. 60) across 2 sites.

The company has grown considerably, based on its reputation, word of mouth, and repeat business from existing clients. This in turn has led to a growing customer base, with excellent prospects for the future

You will report into the Ops Director, who will give you guidance and support in the role, whilst you undertake all the duties associated with being an HR Advisor

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Overseeing recruitment, selection, and the induction / review process
  • Managing the company’s appraisal system and conducting appraisal meetings
  • Ensuring that the company’s procedures comply with employment regulations
  • Monitoring various aspects of employees’ performance, such as attendance and sick leave
  • Assessing the need for training and then designing and implementing training programmes accordingly
  • Managing staff contracts and all personnel documents
  • Handling any disciplinary processes and formal grievances
  • Setting and reviewing pay structures and employee perks and benefits
  • Improve employee health and wellbeing, promote internal wellness initiatives
  • Attending quarterly reviews with company directors

Skills & Experience

  • Good knowledge of HR administration processes, policies and practices
  • CIPD Level 3 or 5
  • Ability to provide advice on employment terms, conditions, policies and procedures
  • Ability to work appropriately with confidential and sensitive information is essential
  • Strong communication skills to allow informed business decision making
  • Excellent administration skills
