My client, a Cheltenham based charity who offer a safe and stimulating environment for the elderly, are looking for a Centre Manager to join their small but busy team. This is a part time role, 22.5 hours per week with salary of £31,200 FTE. The workinghours will be between 9am and 4.30pm on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.

As a Centre Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the daily running of the centre, including administration duties, banking and reception
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with families, carers, doctors and social services
- Monitoring the health, safety and wellbeing of the members, ensuring a clean and safe environment
- Working with colleagues to offer members stimulating activities
To be successful as a Centre Manager, you will need to have:
- Strong administration and customer service experience
- Previous experience within a care environment
- Ideally a Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care, or similar
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work, an effective team player willing to get "stuck in"
