  • Adding projects into our internal system
  • Checking all of the quotes are correct and match up to our records
  • Ordering marketing materials for new customers
  • Ensuring all customer paperwork has been returned in a timely manner
  • Note Taking in Project Meetings
  • Note taking in internal meetings
  • Keeping our customer information up to date
  • Helping to deliver internal projects
  • Booking Project Meetings and Calls with customers
  • Organising customer meetings for Account Managers
  • Confirming onsite training with customers

Salary : £10.00-£15.00 per hour
