Full time Office Administrator - located near to Reddish Vale Country Park in Stockport

  • £11.00 ph - weekly pay
  • 09.00-5pm Monday to Friday
  • Immediate start, Permanent job.
  • Stockport close to Reddish Vale Country Park
  • Job will be office based until training is completed - after which a working from home option will be offered to you

Principal Duties : Taking incoming calls from customers who require maintenance work carried out on their homes, after which you will arrange for repair and maintenance work to be carried out at customer homes by engineers, there will also be data entry work, setting up newrepair claims, raising purchase order numbers and carrying out general all round office administration tasks.

  • Very good previous office administration experience
  • A confident telephone manner
  • Experience of scheduling or diary management
  • Very good organisational skills
  • Experience of raising purchase order numbers
  • Very good general office administration skills and computer literacy
  • Willing to start work ASAP (within reason)

£11.00 per hour - weekly pay plus Holiday pay and pension 09.00 - 5pm - Monday to Friday

Job is office based in Stockport - however, after training is completed you will be offered option to work from home if you so desire.
