HR Onboarding Coordinator HR Onboarding Coordinator Type: commercialFirm: AccountancySalary: £25 - 27,000 depending on experienceLocation: Gatwick Our Client is one of the top 5 Accountancy firms in the UK. they are seeking a Onboarding Coordinator to support the HR Services team with all Onboarding. The role sits within a newly created Onboarding Team within the wider HR Shared Services function. The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support on the new joiners process to the business ensuring that the process runs smoothly and efficiently, with a strong focus on a positive end to end candidate experience.Core duties will include the following: Work closely with the Resourcing Team and HR Shared Services team to support the new joiner and onboarding process.Build positive relationships with candidates and key stakeholdersEnsure all offers and contracts of employment are issued within the agreed SLA using our HRIS WorkdayWork closely with the Global Mobility team to support with the onboarding of overseas candidatesEnsure all relevant new joiners information is sent in a timely manner to candidates and People ManagersCarry out all pre-employment checks including right to work and referencesLiaise with the business support team and other stakeholders with provisioning of IT equipment for new joinersEnsure Workday and trackers updated with current and accurate dataStakeholder engagement with colleagues across the firmBecome a subject matter expert in the onboarding processEnsuring quality, effectiveness and continuous improvement of the HRS functionSupport the wider HR Services team with various project opportunities Ideal Candidates must have the following:Experience or working in a similar role is essential ideally within a large professional services environment.
