Support Worker (Days or Nights)

We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of Support Worker to join our team here at iBC Healthcare within our Supported Living Service in Mansfield.

Contract : Full time or part time available for Days or Nights.

Hours :Part time and Full time staff required.

Shifts : 8am - 3pm, 3pm - 10pm, 8am - 10pm or night shifts 9.45pm to 8am

Pay : £10.10 per hour

Please note we can hire walkers or drivers for this role.

Key responsibilities :

• Supporting young adults and adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, complex needs and risks behaviour within a care home.
• Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans, compliance with CQC regulations and the care & support policies and procedures
• Identifying needs and preferences for each individual and providing personal care
• Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
• Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
• Be a kind, empathetic and people person who works well in a team.
