Guaranteed Secondary Supply Work June 2024 –December 2024 Guaranteed pay for YOUR chosen days ECT’s welcome to apply The option of securing 2/3/4 days per week Teaching Personnel are looking for a hard-working secondary teachers to enrol onto a guaranteed work scheme (GWS) to support schools within Kirkham. The scheme is to ensure that you receive a regular income, as well as providing the school with a regular supply teacher. We are looking to appoint 3 – 4 teachers to work alongside our current GWS teachers. The cover can range from a minimum of 2 days – 5 days cover. With the GWS scheme, you pick your available days, where you want to travel, which year groups you want to teach & if you prefer pre-book or day to day supply. You don’t have to manage relationships with multiple agencies. Minimises your payroll administration and tax issues. The majority of the lessons will be planned and prepared for you.
