Working hours :Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm Friday 8:30-2:30

Starting Salary between 21-23k (Depending on experience).

Location: Harworth (DN11)

You would be supporting the Customer Care Team by dealing with enquiries from customers, and internal departments within the business.

Duties :

  • Manage and filter the department inboxes
  • Progress all enquiries in a timely manner
  • Report any breaches of data protection requirements, whether your own or others, immediately to line manager
  • General admin duties
  • Speaking to external clients

In order to be successful in this role you must be able to manage keeping up to date with policies and processes, using online resources within the business to further your learning to support your role if necessary. You must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal and have great attention to detail.

Job Types : Temp to perm, Full-time

Salary : From £210,000.00 per year
