HMP Wymott is a category C prison based in Leyland.Your new role Your new job will be a temporary role with the view of bing permanent. Monday to Friday 07:30 - 16:30. Working weekends is paid at overtime rates. To manage and supervise the workforce, work for the programme, managing labour, cost and maximising value, and improving productivityDeliver work to the highest standards of quality, health and safety, and customer service Manage,municate with and motivate workforce teamsManage workforce timesheets and annual leaveUndertake workforce inductions and team briefsMaintain accurate records to ensure correct allocation and valuation ofpleted worksConsider the impact of work on the customer and undertake appropriate liaison both before and during operations.Participate in the supervision of other sites/establishments where necessaryWhat you'll need to succeed Experience of managing,municating and motivating workforce teamsKnowledge and understanding of personal health and safety, method statements and risk assessmentsManual handlingGood numeracy, literacy and IT skillsGoodmunication skillsAbility to organise and manage work programmesWhat you'll get in return You will be paid £20-£25 per hour, plus any overtime rates. This will be paid on a weekly basis. There is a chance you could be offered a permanent position if you impress the site managers. Any weekend work is paid at a higher rate.
