Vacancy for School Meals Supervisory AssistantSTATUS:  Fixed Term Contract until 31st August 2025Part-time, Term-time onlyHOURS: 6.25 hours per week Monday to Friday, 11.55am – 1.10pmACTUAL SALARY: Grade B, Point 4 £3,264.71 per annum.REQUIRED FROM: As soon as possibleKearsley West Primary School require a lunchtime supervisory assistant to join our friendly team. You will help to supervise children both in the dinner hall and outside during the lunchtime break. Responsibilities of the posts include:·       Responsibility, both individually and as members of the school team, during the lunchtime break to ensure the children are safe, happy and healthy;·       Supervision of children in the dinner hall, playgrounds and classrooms during wet weather;·       You need to enjoy listening and talking to children, helping them to sort out any problems, assisting children with their lunch and engaging them in playground and indoor games.Closing Date: 12Noon Friday 7th June 2024Interview Date:  Thursday 13th June 2024The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
