What's involved?
Reporting to the Operations Manager, as Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for effective management of the restaurant, maintaining high service standards and maximising sales by leading and motivating the restaurant team.
This is a very hands-on role as the Restaurant does also become a function room on occasion and the manager will need to lead the team in the turn around and service.
