Salary : £21,200 per annum + Package

If successful you will be responsible for supporting individuals prior to and after release from prison, encouraging them stay motivated & comply with any/all probation requirements.

Duties :

• Successfully manage a caseload of Service Users (low & Medium level), supporting them throughout every stage of the process
• Assist Probation Officers & Users on a 1-2-1 & Group basis
• Mentoring, Coaching & Skills Training with Service Users
• Initial assessment & stakeholder engagement
• Deliver in a variety of venues including Ingeus community venues, Probation Offices & Police stations.
• Work alongside integrated specialist support partners to achieve successful outcome

Requirements :

• Experience of working with vulnerable/challenging people, for example people who have complex needs etc
• Case Management experience (i.e dealing with multiple people, managing their expectations)
