In this role, you’ll be assisting in the planning and delivery of our summer activities, events and excursionsYou’ll ensure we are delivering a high level of excitement with an eye on student satisfactionWhat does my day-to-day look like? As an Activities Coordinator for the Isle of Wight, no two days are ever the same. You will be responsible for ensuring all of our activities are of the highest quality and some of your duties will include the following:Assisting with day-to-day activity managementMaking supplier bookingsBooking and confirming with transport suppliersEnhancing events and activitiesPromoting events across all EF sitesAssisting with the management of stock and brandingDelivering event and activity briefings to Activity LeadersSupporting the wider team with student evaluationsSupporting Activity LeadersWho will I be working with? You’ll be a key part of our activities team working directly with the Activities ManagerYou’ll also be working with our summer Activity Leaders and Teachers, taking care of staff welfare and light HR dutiesWhat will you take away? After a summer of working as an EF Activities Coordinator, you will enhance your management skills and experience by working with an international team. You will be a proven host, adaptable and capable of solving various issues without hesitation while working under pressure. The international surroundings will fine tune your communication skills as well as organisational and planning skills.What’s required of me?
