We are seeking a
Business Analyst
to join our
Sales Operations and BI
team.
We are looking for someone to provide high-quality business analysis to support all departments with a particular focus on Sales & Marketing.
To manage and maintain the existing reporting architecture across PowerBI, SSRS and Daily reporting requirements.
To champion innovation across business operations and analysis reporting; striving to optimise processes and proactively seeking areas of improvement.
Solutions may require process or organizational changes; bespoke software development and/or commercial off the shelf package implementations. Analyzing business processes within the company and recommending projects to improve the effectiveness of those processes. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs Maintain a clear understanding of the department’s business objectives and KPIs so that you can translate, interpret and provide data solutions to business problems. In-depth understanding of database structures and ability to work in agile development environments. Management and maintenance of daily reporting to key stakeholders, ensuring this information is accurate and effectively communicated.
The suitable candidate will have GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics and English, be an advanced Excel user, have a clear understanding of databases and experience working with large data sets.
It is also desired but not essential to have Microsoft Developer Certificates, CRM Admin and data management, C# (Limited use required) CRM Reporting, Workflows, JavaScript, Dashboards and Form Customization.
Full industry specific training will be provided for the successful candidate.

This is a
full time
position - 37 hours per week The working days are Monday to Friday Whilst the role is offered on a hybrid contract basis, the majority of day-to-day activity can take place from home. Travel to our Stafford HQ will be required from time to time.
