Key Accountabilities: · Responsible for supporting the Marketing Governance Manager in the day-to-day management of review and approvals of financial promotions and non-financial promotions. Liaise with marketing and key stakeholders within the business. Help to run and manage our content management and review and approvals process and help deliver training to the business. Assist with the maintenance of the governance processes to ensure that marketing campaigns and sales activities follow relevant regulatory and legal requirements that achieve fair customer outcomes whilst meeting commercial goals.· Support the Conduct and Governance Leads in ensuring that good conduct practices are in place and that all relevant functions have the required skills and knowledge to be competent in their roles and work with key stakeholders across the business· Support the Conduct and Governance Leads with quality assurance checks if and when required.· Within all aspects of the role, you put the Customer at the heart of decision-making and support the business's growth agenda.· You should be highly motivated and organised, have good administrative skills, and understand governance and compliance principles.
