You will work within a dynamic, motivated and fast paced team focusing on a strategic approach to the role implementing and planning change across the business where needed.How You'll Contribute Confers with inter-departmental personnel to implement Internal and external change request, resolve system errors, and provide technical feedback to customer Manage larger complex, or multiple smaller projects/mods from programme or customer approval through introduction to production and delivery to customer. Recognize opportunities for improvement within Day to Day processes and recommend and implement solutions enabling a CI and lean working environment Breakdown, analyses and impact assess customer design proposals and Condition of Supply changes utilising data provided to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and lead time in implementing the proposal. Create a Change implementation plan for every Change being embodied to track progress, Ensuring mods are delivered on customer agreed POE, within scope and within agreed costs.
