Administrator Part time Hours Monday to Friday 4 hours daily £24k Pro Rata Principle Responsibilities: - Administration duties including incoming and outgoing post; telephone calls, general filing. Data input and organising files within the CRM Answering the phone and directing calls to correct department Reception duties; meeting and greeting visitors to the office. Carrying out RTW checks Keeping on top of all office duties, whilst maintaing a clean and effecient work station Qualifications/Attributes The ideal candidate would be: - Educated to A level or equivalent standard. Have several years' experience of working in an office environment and have good communication skills; accounting or legal services would be advantageous but not essential. Good IT skills and attention to detail. Able to work well both on their own and as part of a team. Excellent training provided.
