Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator Location : City Coalville Category Lettings, Sales Position Type Permanent Full-Time Bonus Scheme Yes Advertised Salary £20,000 - £24,000 OTE Job Profile Your Move in Coalville are looking for a highly motivated experienced Estate Agent to join our estate agency branch on a full time, permanent basis.This branch is part of National Home Move who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.As a Senior negotiator you will:Register Customers and carry out property matches for both Sales and Lettings propertiesGenerate and conduct property viewingsNegotiate offers between all partiesMaximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)Display excellent customer service at all timesBe trained in ValuationsIndustry expereince is essential for the post.In return we offer:On Target Earning (OTE) and basic pay tp be discussed depneding on experience6 months guaranteed commission pay5 day working week, to include Saturdays on rotaPension SchemeCareer ProgressionIt is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.The nature of this opportunity means the role is predominantly office based.Due to the expected high level of applications, we cannot unfortunately respond to them all.
