Sales Support Administrator

My client are a leading company in the manufacture of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) making some of the world’s best loved brands like Gillette, Fairy and Pampers.

Responsibilities will include

  • Populating product listing forms, and promotional nomination forms
  • Reconciling promotional invoices
  • Managing disputed invoices
  • Maintaining electronic filing of documentation
  • Maintaining reports and trackers
  • Work independently to investigate and resolve issues and discrepancies within the core process
  • Develop good partnerships with contact in the Sales, Finance and external teams, ensuring regular contact and supporting with adhoc requests as well as providing on-boarding support for new contacts
  • Proactively identify and deliver process improvement

You will be analytical and have strong Excel skills, this role can involve working with complex data sets and investigating issues to resolve. It is therefore important that you have good attention to details and can proactively spot errors. You will behighly organised with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred however as long as you have strong customer service and administrative transferable skills in addition to the qualities above, we are interested in hearing from you.
