DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

NEW BUISNESS

Build and manage a database of current, new, and expired leads in conjunction with the Commercial Team

Locate websites and other mediums employed by potential customers to advertise tender opportunities

Work on solution design and tender design teams

Actively promote the brand ensuring that all commercial documents hit corporate standards

Follow up initial leads and enquiries generated through the website and telephone calls

Liaise with operations staff to help give quotations for smaller business enquiries ready for them to be submitted by the Commercial Team

MARKETING

Website - Update, manage and liaise on day to day running of SEM project

Marketing agency liaison

PR pieces - copy writing and circulation

Company newsletter

Design, manage and analyse key customer KPIs (highlighting and querying discrepancies)

Aid marketing activities of other parts of the Group (property etc.)

• The ability to co-ordinate a variety of tasks simultaneously
• The ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with customers, staff, management and suppliers
