NSF are currently looking for self-employed Hospitality/Restaurant Auditors to join our team in the following areas: Northern Scotland
You will play a crucial role in the mission of NSF. In this role, you will have the opportunity to travel, meet new people and learn more about many of the businesses you may frequent as a consumer. You’ll inform and educate restaurant, bar, and grocery store owners about specific standards while continuing to learn more about those industries and grow your skills.
Principle Accountabilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
Qualifications: Conduct food safety inspections/audits. Coaching / training at client’s sites Summarize and evaluate inspection/audit findings. Communicate findings/results of inspections/audits with client site management or appropriate client representatives. Collect food, product or environmental samples from client sites and ship samples to appropriate laboratories for testing. Develop effective work plans for the completion of assigned inspections/audits within a determined timeframe. Establish and maintain effective communication with key team members including audit delivery and client teams. Perform other duties as requested.
Preferred Qualifications Minimum Level 4 Health & Safety and Level 4 Food Safety qualification Environmental Health Degree or Similar would be ideal Ability to perform audits in all disciplines (Food, H&S, Fire) and/or the ability to train safety advisors Registration to either CIEH or IOSH would be beneficial. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Full UK Driving Licence Willingness and ability to travel Willingness to work some evenings and weekends Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
