Join us were an Investors in People Gold Standard Company We have an exciting opportunity for a Mobilisation Coordinator to join our fastgrowing Potholes & Civils team. Working as part of our Infrastructure division you will be responsible for coordinating the endtoend process from the point of client approval to final completion of all planned works including the following: Allocation and communication of new works to field based engineers confirming logistics and reporting these back to the client Managing different client portals to ensure that permits are received on time and agreed dates are logged. Liaising with Procurement to ensure materials are ordered and delivered to schedule Assisting with the Health and Safety aspect within the division including communication between clients and delivery teams to ensure all associated risks are covered Creation of Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS) and organisation of any permits needed to carry out work Responding to any client queries regarding health and safety or planned work completion Completing desktop H&S & quality audit on completed works Maintaining the ongoing compliance of existing teams and providing onboarding support Who were looking for: We are welcoming applications from individuals with a flair for organising a strong attention to detailand the ability to build a good rapport with engineers and clients alike who are looking for a bit more variety within their role. We are looking for a dynamic individual who can prioritise a fluctuating workload whilst maintaining an excellent eye for detail. You will be part of the Potholes & Civils Department and although a previous knowledge of Minor Civils is not essential it would be an advantage. This role is a hybrid role between our Head office in Billericay and home. You will be expected in the office only once or twice a week when other team members are also there. Experience using the most common Microsoft packages and the ability to selfmanage are also important as well as the ability to work well in a busy fast paced environment.
