As a Linux Systems Administrator, you will play a critical role supporting new and existing customers by automating, deploying, and integrating software across cloud, virtual, and physical servers. This is a client facing role where you'll support the preparationfor solution deployments working closely with customer technical teams and the services department. The company's web-based platform is built upon Linux utilising Open Source technologies and built using Python, Java and Kotlin. The company is currently fully remote however, in time you will be required to go into the Reading based office 2 days a week. The office is located within walking distance of the train station. Requirements : Previous experience within Systems Administrator or similar roles with a Linux background Strong communication skills are essential as this is a client facing role Good networking skills Python or Bash scripting skills *Comfortable with virtualisation and containers As a Linux Systems Administrator / Deployment Engineer you can expect to earn a competitive salary (up to £65k) plus benefits.
