Responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging and inclusive drama lessons to primary and secondary students. Foster creativity, self-expression, and confidence in students through drama activities and performances. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement drama curricula that align with the school's goals and objectives. Assess and record student progress, providing constructive feedback and support for their development. Organize and oversee drama productions, showcases, and other extracurricular activities. Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes respect and teamwork. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and engagement in drama. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Drama or a related field. Relevant teaching qualification and/or experience teaching drama to primary and/or secondary students. Thorough knowledge of drama techniques, theories, and practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents. Enthusiasm for drama and the performing arts, with the ability to inspire and engage students. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
