Your responsibilities will be: Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring top-notch standards in facilities and technical aspects. Empower, motivate, and develop the Centre operational team, to deliver best-in-class service aligned with sustainability goals. Liaise directly with internal & external stakeholders, such as the tenants, landlord, local council, and more.
This role offers the opportunity to: Drive innovation and operational excellence, bringing fresh ideas and problem-solving mindset, including the new technology and contributing to the ESG strategy. Manage the planned redevelopment of multiple units, with exciting plans to repurpose to further the mixed-use nature of the asset. Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the scheme as a premier retail destination, assisting with the exciting planned improvements.
The right candidate will be: An exceptional leader with proven empowerment, communication, and motivation skills. Innovative, adaptable, and experienced in managing diverse teams and mixed-use developments. Experienced in Health & Safety compliance, IOSH minimum.
