Think Family Outreach Team - Whitestone, Nuneaton

We are looking to appoint an experienced admin person with excellent communication and organisation skills to join our team at Whitestone Clinic. The role will be to provide admin support for the clinical team

The post holder will provide efficient and comprehensive secretarial support within the Think Family Outreach Team. You will work within an integrated team to support clinical service delivery in a quiet and therapy based area. This will include managing and prioritising your own workload and working on your own initiative, as well as being a team player. You must be able to build effective working relationships across teams, be approachable and accessible and have a flexible approach to work.

Applicants will need to be computer literate in Microsoft Word with a good working knowledge of Excel and able to participate in providing audit information. A knowledge of Carenotes and Bighand digital dictation would be advantageous, however, training will be provided.

This role is based at site due to the nature of supporting visitors/patients’ entrance and exit of the building, in addition to supporting the clinical teams present.
