CORPORATE ACCOUNT MANAGER - (Home-based) Nationwide Travel

Here at Brakes, we’ve got ambitious growth plans so if you want to be a part shaping the future of our Corporate Sales Team then we have a fantastic opportunity for a talented and results driven Corporate Account Manager ideally with a retail background and knowledge of our sectors - convenience retail, forecourt retail? ? ? ? ? ? ? to join the Corporate Sales Team, within the Country Choice** division of Brakes.

Responsible for developing and guiding the implementation of a Joint Business Plan with a number Country Choice’s important customers, achieving account profitable sales targets; serving as the primary account contact & providing account leadershipto ensure customer satisfaction and long term continuity of supply.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Take responsibility for a strategically important account, ensuring that company profitability, customer requirements and growth targets are met.
  • Implement, monitor, report & forecast on account performance against a sales budget to maximise future performance.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain individual customer account plans which identify key activities and priorities in line with company strategic objectives, and thereby maximise profitability.
  • Annually review customer account plans as part of the budgeting process for the following year.
  • Maintain regular communication with key external contacts to identify and resolve issues whilst identifying and delivering new initiatives within existing customer base.
  • Work with other departments as required to ensure that budgeted sales targets, account profitability, customer satisfaction and retention are achieved.
  • Develop and implement individual account NPD strategy which supports the business and account plan requirements.
