About the role This is an exciting opportunity within the UK IT Team for a position based at our Liverpool Ink Manufacturing site. The role is ideally suited to an individual with experience of IT support in a business and the enthusiasm to learn more.
The role will require support of the infrastructure that keeps our teams working:
- Windows based virtual servers,
- Windows laptops and desktops,
- Network cabinets,
- Network connectivity,
- Wifi,
- mobile phones
You would be using recognised business tools such as, VMware, Active directory, AD Manager, Office365, SharePoint and you would be supporting business communications through an 8x8 cloud phone system and Microsoft Teams.
We capture and generate knowledge to ensure that the UK IT team can provide consistent service, irrespective of who is available.
This is a full-time role at our Liverpool site, with the occasional need to travel to other sites to assist with their services.
