The Purpose of the Role:   As the International Category Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the International Commercial team, with real ownership of all the administrative tasks that are the foundation of all that we do. You will own the maintenance of the International Partners Order Form and Sales Analysis, so confidently handling large data sets, improving process, and managing priorities, with an affinity for Excel and Reporting systems is a key requirement.Ideally you would have experience of previous admin roles and have worked in retail. Your role will be to support the International Commercial team playing a pivotal role in setting up the team for success.Key Responsibilities: Owning the International Order Form including monthly maintenance of Range, pricing and developing market specific Order Forms ensuring adhering to tight timescales.Monitoring the UK Range to manage any delists and the assess the impact on International.Gathering all requirements and information to launch NPD Internationally, including developing launch packs.Build Sales analysis reports for the International range and also demonstrate UK Sales comparison, including setting up an NPD Sales Tracker and recommending products to add to the International Range.Monitor and report on cost and RSP movements in the UK.Implementing and owning processes to ensure effective ways of working, as well as recommending improvements to be made to improve efficiency.Maintain an accurate record of Bespoke International Products on sales, commercials, and PO tracking.Ensure new processes and technology are adapted into International Commercial Team and be the go-to person on all things sales and data.Other admin support as required for the smooth running of all processes and the team.Location: Hybrid role with 1 to 2 days based in Nuneaton head office The PersonKey Requirements: IT literate including strong excel skills, must be confident in using and maintaining spread sheets and large data sets.Excellent organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Track record of working independently.High attention to detail needed, to produce work to a consistently high standard.Strong verbal and written communication.Determined, agile and tenacious with an ability to work well under pressure.Positive, resourceful and an energetic team workerAble to build relationships with internal multi-discipline teams.Passion for product and ability to be a role model brand ambassador.Passion for Health & Wellness.What we offerOur Benefits for this role include, but not limited to:H&B Employee Discount - 25%Pension company contributionExclusive benefits, free advice and savings from a range of retailers and providersAnd many more!We're passionate about helping every colleague thrive across all dimensions of wellbeing, and we're committed to having a diverse and inclusive workplace.
